Terms, Refunds & Content Statement

1. Game Terms (18+)

These terms apply to Bianca’s Blackjack at playbianca.com, published by HappyNikki.io — an independent apps and games studio operated by Martin Perreault in the Province of Quebec, Canada.

By confirming your age and entering the game, you agree to these terms. If you also choose to sign in, the account you sign in with is a HappyNikki.io account, and the studio’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern that account — how it is created, what is stored against it, and how you delete it. Everything about the game itself is governed by this page. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1.1 Age requirement

• You must be at least 18 years old to play. There are no exceptions, and no part of this game is intended for minors.
• The game is age-gated: you must confirm you are 18 or older before it will load.
• This game contains adult-themed material: glamour and artistic nude photographic imagery of the model Bianca Beauchamp, and an AI chat character who speaks in a flirtatious, adult register.
• You are responsible for making sure that viewing adult material and playing a social casino game are lawful where you are. If they are not, do not use the game.
• Do not let anyone under 18 use your account or your device while the game is open.

1.2 Virtual chips — no cash value

Bianca’s Blackjack is a social casino game played for entertainment. It uses a virtual, in-game currency called chips. Read this section carefully — it is the most important part of these terms.

• Chips have no cash value. They are not money, not a deposit, not credit, not a store of value, and not your property. They are a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use a feature of the game.
• Chips cannot be cashed out, redeemed, or withdrawn for money, goods, services, discounts, store credit, prizes, or anything else — inside or outside the game, on this site or any other.
• Chips cannot be transferred, gifted, traded, or sold to another player, another account, or any third party.
• There is no real-money wagering and there are no payouts or prizes of any kind. Winning a hand wins virtual chips only. Losing a hand loses virtual chips only. Nothing of monetary value is ever at stake in a hand, and nothing of monetary value can ever come out of the game.
• Chips are used only inside the game: to place bets at the table, to unlock cosmetic card-deck designs, to open a chat session with the dealer character, and to tip her. Everything you can spend chips on is cosmetic or entertainment — nothing affects the odds of the game.
• Practising or succeeding at this game does not imply future success at real-money gambling. The game does not offer, and is not a gateway to, real-money gambling.
• We may adjust chip balances to correct bugs, exploits, duplication errors, or fraud.

1.3 Buying chips

• Chip purchases are one-time transactions. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no automatic renewal. You are charged once, for one bundle, at the moment you buy it.
• Chips are delivered to your account immediately on successful payment.
• Every bundle shows its price and its exact chip count before you pay, along with a reminder that chips are non-refundable once spent.
• We may change prices, bundle sizes, the chip cost of any in-game item, and the contents of the catalogue at any time, without notice. Changes are not retroactive: a bundle you already bought is not re-priced, and chips you already hold are not revalued. Nothing in the game is guaranteed to remain available or to remain at a given price.
• Chips are non-refundable once spent or consumed. See the Refund Policy in §2 for the complete rules, including duplicate and erroneous charges.
• Chips are forfeited without compensation if your account is terminated for breaching these terms or the site terms, or if you close your account yourself. Chips do not survive the account they belong to.
• We may discontinue the game. If we do, any unspent chips expire when the game closes and are not exchangeable for money or anything else — this is the direct consequence of chips having no cash value.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase where you live.

1.4 The AI character

• Bianca, the dealer, is a fictional entertainment character driven by an AI language model. She is not a real person speaking to you, she is not a live performer, and she is not supervised in real time. Her replies are generated by software and can be wrong, inconsistent, or made up.
• Nothing she says is advice of any kind — not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or gambling advice. Do not act on it.
• The character’s persona is informed by public information about the model Bianca Beauchamp, who has consented to her likeness being used in this game. The AI does not speak for her, and her statements in the game are not statements by the real person.
• Do not share sensitive personal information in the chat — no real names of other people, addresses, phone numbers, passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, or health information. The chat is not a secure or confidential channel. The Privacy Policy §2.4 sets out exactly what happens to what you type.
• The game remains playable if the AI is unavailable; the dealer falls back to scripted lines. AI availability is not guaranteed and is not something you are paying for.

1.5 Your account is a HappyNikki.io account

Playing this game requires a free account issued by HappyNikki.io, the studio that publishes the game — the same account you would use for any of the studio’s other products. That account, and the personal data held against it, are governed by the studio’s documents rather than by this page, which is what they cover: account creation and deletion, acceptable use, our handling of your personal data, and the governing law (Quebec, Canada).

Where these game terms set a stricter requirement than the site terms — the 18+ age requirement, for example — the stricter requirement governs this game.

1.6 Signing in with Google — what we receive

If you choose Continue with Google, Google shares three things with us: your email address, your name, and a stable account identifier. Nothing else. We do not receive your Google password, your contacts, your Drive, or anything else in your Google account, and we never post anything to it.

We use those three things for one purpose: to create or recognise your account so your chips, your stats and what Bianca remembers stay attached to you across devices. We do not sell them and we do not share them with advertisers.

You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account permissions page. Revoking it stops future sign-ins; to delete the account and its data, see the studio’s Privacy Policy, which governs the account itself (§1.5 above), or write to support and we will do it for you.

Signing in with an email address and password instead gives us only the address you type and the name you choose.

2. Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases of virtual chips in Bianca’s Blackjack. It is public and requires no login to read. It applies alongside the studio’s site-wide Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2.1 What you are buying

• You are buying a bundle of virtual chips for use inside Bianca’s Blackjack. Chips have no cash value and cannot be cashed out, redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for anything outside the game (see §1.2).
• Each purchase is a one-time transaction. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel: no recurring charge is ever set up, so no future billing can occur.
• Chips are a digital product delivered instantly — they appear in your account the moment payment succeeds.

2.2 Refunds

• Chips are non-refundable once spent or consumed. A chip that has been bet at the table, used to unlock a card deck, spent to open a chat session, or given as a tip has been used, and cannot be refunded.
• Because chips are delivered instantly and are consumable, a completed purchase is generally final.
• If you have an unspent, untouched bundle and you contact us within 7 days of the charge, write to us — we will look at it in good faith and, where the bundle is genuinely unused, we will normally refund it and remove the chips from your account.
• Losing chips at the table is a normal outcome of the game, not a fault, and is not a ground for a refund.
• Refunds are not given for a change of mind about a cosmetic card deck you have already unlocked, or for tips you have already given.
• We do not refund chips forfeited when an account is terminated for breaching these terms or the site Terms of Service.
• Where local consumer law gives you a stronger right than this policy, that law applies.

2.3 Duplicate or erroneous charges

• If you were charged twice for the same purchase, charged an amount you did not authorise, charged and never received your chips, or believe a charge on your statement is wrong, contact us within 7 days of the charge through the support form at playbianca.com.
• Include the date, the amount, and the transaction reference from your receipt or statement. We will investigate and, where the charge was duplicated or erroneous, refund it in full.
• Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback is slower for you than a direct refund, and accounts with chargebacks may be suspended under the site terms.

2.4 Billing & who to contact

• Chip purchases are billed by our authorised payment processor, CCBill. “CCBill” is what appears as the billing descriptor on your card or bank statement — that charge is from us, through them.
• For questions about the charge itself — the descriptor, your receipt, or a payment you cannot identify — CCBill’s own consumer support is available directly:

• For questions about your account, your chips, or the game — including a refund request under this policy — contact us through the support form at playbianca.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

3. Content Statement — 18 U.S.C. §2257

The visual content of Bianca’s Blackjack consists of glamour and artistic nude photography. It does not depict actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2).

Accordingly, the visual depictions contained in this game are exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, because they do not portray conduct specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. §2256(2)(A) through (D).

All models appearing in this game were 18 years of age or older at the time the visual depictions were produced.

4. Support

We are a small independent studio and we answer our own email.

• Game support, billing questions, refund requests and everything else — the support form at playbianca.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days. (Support is a monitored mailbox on this domain; the form is the published route in, so the address is not printed here where address harvesters would scrape it.)
• Privacy requests — the same address. Requests about game data (your chips, your stats, what Bianca remembers) are answered within 30 days. Because signing in uses a HappyNikki.io account, requests about the account itself — including deleting it outright — are covered by the studio’s Privacy Policy; write to us either way and we will route it.
• A card charge you cannot identify — CCBill consumer support, support.ccbill.com or 1.888.596.9279 (see §2.4).
